We are 'The Hills' Seb and Andrea - A couple who met in this very valley almost 10 years ago. Belleville Valley will always have a special place in our hearts and no doubt you will fall in love with the best of the famous 3 Valleys ski area.
Seb - Born in OZ but moved to the UK when he was young and grew up in Gloucestershire. His menu is focused on delicious dishes with just enough indulgence to make your stay extra special. A classically trained chef, time served in fantastic Restaurants around the world including Australia, Cornwall, sailing around South East Asia and of course France. His love of all things mountain, good food and travel, mean he is always on the look out for his next adventure.
Andrea - A Geordie lass who swapped the Tyne for the slopes, will look after you from your first enquiry. Having far too many ski seasons to admit to under her belt, her wealth of insider knowledge and experience in hospitality around the world means you can rest assured that you will be well looked after. Being a keen wine enthusiast and qualified to WSET level 3 during her time as a manager for Majestic wine. You will look forward to a decent tipple, not the usual chalet plonk. Nothing is too much trouble - just ask!
Meet the Team
We are super excited to welcome Dave and Wendy to
Chalet Chardon Bleu for season 19/20. After meeting in the
Army they settled in the Wirral and have a son called Declan
who is studying in the USA, he will be helping out over
Christmas and New Year. They also bring with them
two gorgeous French Bull dogs called Cooper and Rudy
Dave - A keen snowboarder and full of great stories of his amazing life, originally from Leicester, later moving to the Wirral working as a fireman after his time in the Army. He has a passion for the 3 Valleys having visited every year to get his snow fix, he can handle any situation, you are certainly in safe hands!
Wendy - After meeting Dave in the Army, returned back to Merseyside and began her career in the police. Being an accomplished advanced driver trainer is one of her many talents so navigating those mountains roads is a piece of cake. A fantastic mother to Declan (and the dogs) she certainly knows what it takes to make sure you are well looked after!
